OlioCRU was born in 2012 with the aim of integrating a high quality extra virgin olive oil production within a circular, sustainable and environmentally friendly economy system.

A unique and innovative project that uses the olive in all its parts, from the pulp to the seed, to create and market various products, from Evo Oil to healthy food and cosmetic creams, which contain the best of everything olive has to offer.

In particular, from the residual part of the extraction of Evo Oil we have created a powder of dehydrated pitted olive paste, Prebiò Olive Powder, rich in polyphenols and with an important prebiotic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect, protective for the immune system.
