Sophia Kramer is an experienced Research and Development Scientist currently with OLIPOP PBC since August 2022, previously serving as a Research and Development Technician. At Western Foods from September 2021 to August 2022, Sophia contributed to the development of healthier food products and custom gluten-free flour blends for well-known brands. Academic experience includes participation in sensory testing at Cal Poly College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences, where data collection supported California-based food companies. Sophia also held various roles at Cal Poly Production, involving commercial production and retail sales, while internships at Henke Foods focused on flavor development and production improvement. Sophia is the founder of Sophie's Sweets, specializing in custom baked goods. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from California Polytechnic State University and training in French Pastry Arts from École Ducasse.
