Olive on Main Design Studio, LLC is an AI governance consulting firm and the home of Human Authority Architecture (HAA), a structural governance framework for organizations integrating artificial intelligence without surrendering human judgment, decision authority, or accountability.
HAA operates through a three-phase engagement model — SEE → SPOT → RUN™ — that maps how human decision authority actually functions inside an organization before AI is introduced, adopted, or scaled.
Services include Executive Advisory, Authority Mapping Diagnostics, AI Governance Design, and Organizational Readiness Assessments for mid-market organizations in healthcare, legal, and biotech.
HAA is grounded in the SAS Doctrine: Stability of Systems, Authority of Humans, Stewardship of Intelligence. Every artifact in the system is designed, pressure-tested, and built to be consultant-ready and enterprise-grade.
Founded and led by Shauna Stowers.
"Humans Lead. Machines Assist."™
