Jen Hunter has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jen started their career as a Sales Associate at Luxottica Group in 2009 and then worked at AT&T as a Merchandise Lead from 2011 to 2015. In this role, they executed merchandising resets, maintained visual merchandising standards, managed records, facilitated customer experience, trained and coached sales consultants, and acted as the operational liaison.

In 2015, they joined Burberry as an Associate Manager, where they likely took on managerial responsibilities. Jen then moved on to Victoria's Secret in 2016, working as a Visual Merchandising Specialist. Later in the same year, they joined Olivela as the Manager of Merchandise Operations. Over the years, they progressed within the company, holding the roles of Director of Operations, Senior Director of Operations, and eventually Head of DC Operations, which is their current position as of 2022.
