Oliver Granite is a boutique executive search advisory focused on helping life sciences and healthcare leaders make high‑stakes hiring decisions with confidence.

We specialize in senior and specialist appointments where the cost of getting it wrong is significant—particularly across market access, pricing, HEOR, commercial strategy, and life sciences consulting. Our work sits at the intersection of hiring, commercial decision‑making, and regulated complexity.

We partner with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, digital health, and advisory organizations across Europe, the UK, and North America—most often at the point where talent decisions directly influence growth, market entry, or strategic direction.

Our approach is deliberately consultative.

We do not operate on volume. Instead, we bring:
- Clear market perspective — honest insight into talent availability, positioning, and trade‑offs
- Contextual judgment — understanding how roles align with commercial strategy and organizational design
- A disciplined process — ensuring hiring decisions are well‑defined, well‑timed, and well‑executed

Many of our engagements begin before a formal search exists—supporting leadership teams in shaping the role, calibrating expectations, and approaching the market with clarity.

Key focus areas:
- Market Access, Pricing & Reimbursement
- HEOR & Evidence Strategy
- Life Sciences & Healthcare Consulting Leadership
- Digital Health & Regulated Innovation

Geographic coverage:
Europe | United Kingdom | North America

At Oliver Granite, the goal is not simply to fill roles—but to help organizations make better hiring decisions at the moments that matter most.

If you're navigating a senior hire or want an informed perspective on the market before you move, I’m always open to a confidential conversation.
