Laura Caprio (PMP)® is currently a Product Leader and Project Manager at Olivetti, where they oversee presale analysis, project coordination, and interdisciplinary team leadership. They began their career in web design in 1998 and have held various roles, including User Experience Specialist at Matrix and Information Architect at DNM. Laura co-founded informationarchitecture.it and co-authored the book "Information Architecture," the first of its kind in Italian. With expertise in project management, user experience design, and functional analysis, Laura has promoted information architecture through articles, courses, and conferences over the years. Laura holds a degree in Modern Literature from Università degli Studi di Milano and a counseling degree from Centro Berne, Milano.
