About Us-
Olivia & Rose is a beverage manufacturing facility built for brands that care about quality, transparency, and execution.
Born out of a 90-year produce operation, we bring deep expertise in fresh ingredients, cold chain management, and high-integrity processing to modern beverage production. We specialize in fresh-pressed and functional beverages, supporting partners from pilot through scaled commercial production.

Our model is simple: we manufacture exceptionally well so our partners can focus on building their brands.

Core capabilities include:
- Fresh-pressed juice production (high and low acid)
- Validated SQF facility
- Multi-line bottling across a range of formats
- Cold-chain production and storage (~35°F controlled environments)
- Rapid scale-up from R&D to full production
- High-volume throughput with consistent quality

We are built to support both emerging brands and established partners looking for a reliable East Coast manufacturing footprint.
At our core, Olivia & Rose is about operational discipline, product integrity, and long-term partnerships.
