A brand that has defined its identity and central role through the art of seasonal leavened products.
The company began as a family-run business in the very year that lives on in its name.
A small bakery in Arzignano (VI) that, over the decades, has evolved into a high-quality artisanal enterprise, now firmly established in the world of Italian pastry and bakery.

Today, the company is led by Nicola and Andrea Olivieri, the fifth generation: Nicola as CEO and Head Baker, and Andrea as Head of Sales and Marketing. They are the current faces of a dynamic and ever-evolving business.
It’s a story still being written—an ongoing evolution that has transformed a small workshop into a brand recognized on both the Italian and international markets, with no limits set on reaching new and ambitious goals.

Our mission is to further consolidate the exceptional quality of our products, bring them to the world, and become ambassadors of a universally recognized Italian taste—guided by the spirit of craftsmanship that has always distinguished the brand and that today is expressed in its most contemporary form.
