Trinity Smith

Trinity Smith, MS, is currently a Food Process Engineer at Ollie, where they focus on optimizing processing technologies within the food and meat industries. They previously served as a Process Engineer I at Tyson Foods, supporting product development and leading quality improvement initiatives. Trinity gained valuable experience as a Continuous Improvement Intern at Simmons Foods, where they applied Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance productivity. They also held roles as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Oklahoma State University, developing research related to meat science and instructing students in food science courses. Trinity holds a Master's degree in Food Science and a Bachelor's degree in Biosystems Engineering, both from Oklahoma State University.
