Jeff Tinker

Jeff Tinker is an experienced talent acquisition and staffing professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ollion since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff founded Just Tinkering Around, INC, where responsibilities included managing staffing, events, and marketing programs. Jeff has also held various consulting positions, including Recruiting Consultant at 2nd Watch and Populus Group, as well as Event Specialist at Randstad Sourceright, where significant contributions included managing large-scale hiring events. Jeff's extensive background also includes managing national tours, staffing brand ambassadors, and running a successful café-bistro. Jeff holds an Associate Degree in Sociology from GTCC and further education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
