Allison F.

Allison F. has a strong background in project management and product development. Allison is currently the Director of Project Management at OLLY PBC. Prior to their current role, they worked at Clif Bar & Company, where they held various positions including Commercialization Lead, Senior Manager of Innovation PMO, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Allison also served as the Director of Product Development at GO SMiLE, Inc., where they were responsible for the development and launch of medical devices, OTC drugs, and cosmetics. Early in their career, Allison worked at The Clorox Company, where they held roles in Brita Innovation & Product Development and Kingsford Process & Product Development. Their experience includes leading and managing projects, improving project management processes, driving innovation, and ensuring production quality.

Allison F. obtained their B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering and Materials from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In December 2018, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
