Luke Lagattuta has accumulated a diverse range of work experience. Luke began their career as an Intramural Supervisor at Willamette University from 2008 to 2010. Luke then worked as a Manager at the International Indoor Soccer Arena from December 2010 to August 2012. Luke Lagattuta also served as the Head Men's Soccer Coach and Substitute Teacher at Highland High School from July 2010 to March 2013. Concurrently, they worked as a Staff Coach at the Rio Vista Soccer Club from November 2010 to May 2014. Additionally, Luke Lagattuta held multiple roles within the University of New Mexico Men's Soccer Program, including Teaching Assistant from August 2012 to May 2014 and Men's Soccer Director of Operations/Camp Coordinator from May 2014 to August 2014. Luke then worked as a Corporate Account Specialist at Learn iT! from September 2014 to June 2015. Luke Lagattuta served in various capacities at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, including Assistant Athletics Program Manager from June 2015 to January 2016, Interim Athletics Program Manager from January 2016 to March 2016, and Athletics Program Manager from March 2016 to August 2018. Currently, Luke Lagattuta is working at OLLY PBC, where they have held the positions of Office Coordinator from April 2019 to August 2019, Sales Coordinator from August 2019 to August 2021, and Customer Service Representative since August 2021. At OLLY, they are also a member of the Kindness Crew, which focuses on volunteer opportunities to strengthen the community.

Luke Lagattuta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Willamette University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Luke later pursued a Master's degree in Sport Administration from The University of New Mexico, attending from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Luke Lagattuta obtained certification in CPR/First Aid from the American Red Cross in August 2015.
