Wesley Cowden

Wesley Cowden has extensive experience in product development and research & development in the nutrition and health food industry. Wesley is currently the International Product Development Manager at OLLY PBC, where they have been since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Protein Research as a Research & Development/Product Development Manager from 2018 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for all stages of development, including raw material sourcing, formulation, cost analysis, pilot trials, and full-scale production. Before Protein Research, Wesley worked at Shaklee Corporation as an Associate Scientist specializing in product development from 2012 to 2016. Wesley also held a role as a Lab technologist at San Joaquin Delta College in 2012. Wesley has a strong background in formulating nutrition products, conducting market research, and overseeing the entire development process.

Wesley Cowden earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from California State University, Stanislaus in 2011.
