Lara Mitchell has extensive experience in customer success and client services, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and formerly as an Account Manager at OLM Systems since June 2017. Prior roles include Client Services Manager at Northgate Information Solutions from August 2008 to May 2017, where responsibilities encompassed fostering positive relationships with Northgate Social Care clients to enhance satisfaction and realization of benefits from products and services. Lara also worked as Customer Services Manager at Anite from February 1999 to August 2008, focusing on public sector clients in social care, document management, and housing products, in addition to holding Project Manager responsibilities for IT infrastructure and software development projects. Lara holds a BSc (Hons) in Social & Management Sciences from Edinburgh Napier University, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
