Jérôme Plé has over two decades of experience in operational excellence and strategic transformation within the industry and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as the Industrial and Supply Chain Director at OLMIX, they oversee a broad range of areas including factories, purchasing, and QHSE. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Christofle, where they led teams and managed significant budgets, and responsibilities at Axereal Agriculture, where they directed logistics and supply chain transformation initiatives. Plé holds an engineering degree in Industrial Management from Ecole d'Ingénieurs du Littoral - Côte d'Opale and has contributed to numerous successful projects throughout their career.
