Caitlin Berding

Caitlin Berding has extensive work experience in the field of enterprise software and customer engagement. Caitlin started their career at The Yellow Carrot as a Co-Founder in 2008 before moving on to Vantiv Integrated Payments (formerly Mercury) where they held roles as Senior Channel Development and National Enterprise Accounts from 2011 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Olo, where they initially served as a Customer Engagement Manager before being promoted to Sales Director in April 2020. Caitlin has demonstrated expertise in managing executive-level negotiations with enterprise and mid-market restaurant brands and has been a top performer, responsible for acquiring marquee clients and delivering over 33% of the company's customer base.

Caitlin Berding attended Fort Lewis College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Marketing with a focus on Business. In addition to their formal education, they acquired the certification for MEDDPICC by SalesHood from olo in May 2023.
