Carmen Julia

Carmen Wetzler is a Senior Business Analytics Manager at Olo, with extensive experience in project management and business analytics. Since joining Olo in August 2018, Carmen has advanced through various roles, including Business Analytics Manager and Project Manager Team Lead, focusing on enterprise accounts and product implementations. Carmen co-founded the Oloites of Color Employee Resource Group to enhance workplace diversity and inclusion, successfully organizing over 15 events in 2021. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager, where Carmen managed the implementation of Olo's product suite for enterprise brands, and Project Coordinator. Before Olo, Carmen worked at Earls Kitchen + Bar in various capacities, including Recruiter and Office Manager, and held positions at State Street Provisions and Rapid7. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from High Point University and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
