Associate Director, Customer Success at Olo

Edward Giorgi has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as Associate Director at Olo since June 2018, where responsibilities have included leading teams for various market segments such as Enterprise, Mid Market, and Emerging Enterprise, as well as previously holding the role of Customer Success Manager. Prior to Olo, Edward worked at Uber as an Account Manager for UberEATS from December 2016 to 2018. Edward holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College and has participated in study abroad programs, including attendance at Richmond University in Rome, alongside completing studies at The Aquinas Institute of Rochester, where Edward obtained the NYS REGENTS diploma.
