Ian Latimer

Ian Latimer has extensive experience in the restaurant and technology sectors, currently serving as the Technical Implementation Team Lead at Olo since September 2020, after holding the position of Senior Technical Specialist - POS. Prior to Olo, Ian spent over eight years at STONEFIRE Grill as both Information Technology Manager and Restaurant Manager. Ian also held managerial roles at Famous Dave's of America, including General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Training Specialist for a decade, and began a career in the industry as a Shift Lead at Starbucks from 2001 to 2004. Ian completed education at Flint Hill School from 1997 to 2000.
