Jay Lewis

Jay Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, project management, and radio promotions across various industries. Currently serving as a Team Lead Manager and Customer Support Onboarding Specialist at Olo since June 2021, Jay previously held roles at GraphiteRx and Eventbrite, where responsibilities included customer support and educating enterprise clients on product solutions. Prior experience includes managing marketing strategies at Redeye Distribution, developing radio promotions at Yep Roc Music Group, and serving as Music Director at WUTK 90.3-FM. Jay's career began in the US Navy, where leadership and operational management skills were honed. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
