Patrick Connolly has a diverse background in technical support and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Developer Support Engineer and previously as a Technical Specialist for Guest Engagement at Olo since March 2020, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in front-end support. Prior to Olo, Patrick worked at Comcast Spotlight from June 2014 to March 2020, first as a Process Effectiveness Specialist where responsibilities included developing best practices for standardized procedures, and later as an Account Manager overseeing commercial account performance. Experience also includes roles at Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group as a Distribution Specialist, Optima Bank & Trust as a Private Banker, and earlier positions at Newmarket Recreation. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Plymouth State University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
