Shawna Cox

Shawna Cox is a seasoned professional in product management and implementation consulting, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Olo since February 2018. Shawna has extensive experience managing integrations with over 50 POS applications and has led multiple teams to ensure seamless online ordering for restaurants. Prior to Olo, Shawna spent three years at Oracle as an Implementation Consultant II, providing support and designing troubleshooting processes for hospitality products. Shawna's earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Implementation Specialist at MICROS Systems Inc, where responsibilities included leading implementation teams and producing training documentation. Shawna's career began as a restaurant manager at The Old Spaghetti Factory and as a teaching assistant at Penn State University. Shawna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Bowling Green State University.
