Jonathan Mendes

Jonathan Mendes has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and technical support. Jonathan started their career at Total IP - Soluções e Robôs para Contact Centers in 2011, where they worked as an Analyst of Technical Support and later as an Analyst of Implementation, responsible for technical inspections, documentation creation, and installation of solutions for clients across Brazil. Jonathan then progressed to the role of Project Manager, overseeing projects and leading a team. In 2018, they became a Team Leader, managing a team of professionals. In 2019, Jonathan joined Olos Tecnologia as a Senior Project Manager and later assumed the position of Head of Projects.

Jonathan Mendes completed their bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo from 2009 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy in August 2019. Jonathan also received various certifications from Impacta Certificação e Treinamento, including Planejamento e Gerência de Projetos com ênfase no PMI (Project Management Institute), Scrum - Gestão e Desenvolvimento Ágil de Projetos, Linux - Princípios do Linux, and Linux - LPI Módulo II, although the specific years of completion are unknown. Furthermore, Jonathan acquired knowledge and skills in networking through studies at Escola SENAI Movan Figueiredo. Jonathan also attended training programs at CEDEP - Centro de Desenvolvimento Profissional, focusing on Team Building, Negotiation, Emotional Intelligence, and Facilitation skills such as public speaking, interpersonal relationships, and leading meetings. In terms of recent certifications, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from MF Treinamentos in April 2021, as well as the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org and PSM I Training from Agile School, both in August 2021.
