Duy Lam

Duy Lam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementing and managing Oracle Retail solutions, particularly in Point-of-Sale systems. Since October 2015, Duy has served as the Director of Omni Services at OLR, overseeing the Omni Services practice and ensuring the success of current operations while driving growth initiatives. Previous roles included Delivery Manager for Store Systems, Solutions Architect for Rogers Communications and J.Crew, and Technical Lead at multiple organizations, where Duy managed significant projects, implemented solutions within budget and timelines, and developed strategic relationships with clients. Duy holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
