James Spalding is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in project and programme management. Currently serving as CEO at OLR and e2x Limited since December 2016 and December 2000 respectively, James has led significant initiatives such as the Royal Mail's Internet and Intranet upgrade projects, achieving substantial cost reductions and improvements in quality. Previous roles include IT/Business Development Director and Founder at RapidInsure.co.uk Limited, Address Interpretation Systems Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin, and various positions at IBM, where James developed strategic plans and managed high-stakes proposals. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of York.
