Proloy Basu

Proloy Basu is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Oracle Retail and software development. Currently a Senior Developer at OLR since March 2022, Proloy specializes in Oracle Retail cloud 23.2. As an Advisory Consultant at IBM since December 2017, Proloy possesses expertise in PL/SQL, Pro*C, Shell Script, and BI Publisher, with a solid understanding of Oracle Retail's RMS, RIB, and RESA. Previously, Proloy served as an Oracle Retail Technical Consultant at OLR and began a career as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies, focusing on Unix shell scripting, SQL, and basic Perl. Proloy holds a B-TECH in Computer Science from SMIT, completed in 2008.
