John Kerner

John Kerner is a licensed architect based in Illinois and has been with Olson Kundig since 2025. They hold a Master of Science in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University. Previously, John gained experience as an associate at John Ronan Architects, where they contributed to significant projects like the Chicago Park District Headquarters and the Independence Library and Apartments. Their earlier roles included internships at OPN Architects and Substance Architecture Interiors Design, where they worked across various areas of design and production. John is also LEED AP BD+C certified.
