Our team have been tackling power poverty in New Zealand. But it’s not just at home, it’s across the world. A whopping 15-25% of people struggle to pay their power bills. That’s many hard-working families having a tough time, and the support they need from their power companies is more than it's ever been before.

At OLT, we provide a platform that enables power companies to provide that level of support like never before. We build trusted and new relationships with customers, turning people who struggle to pay to their most valuable ones. Our Most Valuable Customer (MVC) product, teams up power companies, charities and members of the public who want to help with those who are struggling to make ends meet, resulting in a much-improved outcome for the families involved. 

What’s more, we use smart data to make smarter products. Our Insight products analyses power consumption using “AI for Good” to provide new innovative family services such as when to check in on your grandad when his power usage is significantly different from what it was yesterday. 

Our products do all of the above not just meeting industry compliance standards, but exceeding them. Because treating people right isn’t just good practice, its good manners!
