Lars Botman

Lars Botman is a seasoned professional in workforce management, currently serving as a Sr. Adviseur ICM at OLVG. From 2016 to 2018, Lars worked as a Workforce Management Specialist at Adaxio B.V., where they excelled in capacity planning and analysis. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience in various roles, including as a Planning & Control employee and project staff during internships at organizations such as the Gemeente Zaanstad and CG Selecties. Lars holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, and Law from Hogeschool van Amsterdam, and has also studied fiscal law at the University of Amsterdam.
