Malika Chegary holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree and a Master's degree in Science from the University of Amsterdam. They completed a PhD in the Department of Laboratory of Genetic and Metabolic Diseases at the Academic Medical Center of Amsterdam, focusing on the pathogenesis of mitochondrial long-chain fatty acid oxidation disorders.
