Rudolf Poolman

Rudolf Poolman is a Professor and Dean at OLVG, having assumed the chair of Orthopedics, particularly in Care Evaluation, at Leiden University on December 1, 2019. They have established themselves as a leading figure in evidence-based orthopedic surgery, contributing over 200 peer-reviewed articles to respected publications. As the Founding Director of JointResearch OLVG Amsterdam, Rudolf focuses on enhancing patient care through methodical healthcare evaluation and the integration of research into clinical practice. Additionally, they serve on the Scientific Advisory Board for Care & Cure at Zorginstituut Nederland and are actively involved in various orthopedic associations, driving initiatives towards patient-centered outcomes.
