Thomas Baignères

Thomas Baignères has a diverse work experience. Thomas co-founded and served as the CEO of Olvid since July 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Security Expert at CryptoExperts from May 2010 to July 2017. Thomas also worked as a Researcher at Smals from April 2009 to May 2010. Before that, they held multiple roles at EPFL, including Researcher from November 2008 to March 2009 and PhD Student from September 2003 to November 2008.

Thomas Baignères has a diverse education history. Thomas obtained their Master's Degree in Communication Systems from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 1998 to 2003. Thomas then pursued further studies and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cryptography and Security from the same institution from 2003 to 2008. In 2009 to 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Quantitative Finance from Université catholique de Louvain. Prior to their higher education, they attended Lycée Français from 1985 to 1995.
