Adam Marona

Adam Marona is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in business development and team management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Sales for OLX in Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, and Portugal, Adam oversees a sales department focused on business clients in various categories, managing a team of over 30 employees. Prior to OLX, Adam held the position of Head of Business Development at Kiwi Jobs, where responsibilities included shaping the sales strategy and building both sales and customer service teams. Adam's previous roles also include team leadership and key account management at Grupa Absolvent, where successful sales objectives were achieved and strategic client relationships were established. Adam holds a Master's degree in Management/Marketing from the University of Warsaw and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
