An Bakkes

An Bakkes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Director BIT at OLX Group since May 2018, An has gained invaluable international experience overseeing operations in 23 countries and managing a global Project Office. Previously, An was Head of Global PMO at OLX Group, where a global delivery function was established to successfully deliver numerous projects with minimal user impact. An Bakkes has also led coaching and consulting initiatives at Star Performance Group and Symphonia, focusing on transformation coaching and leadership development. An holds several degrees from Stellenbosch University and the University of Johannesburg, including an MPhil in Management Coaching, and has held influential roles in organizational development at various companies, including DVT, Woolworths Financial Services, and Old Mutual Healthcare.
