Aniela Crisan

Aniela Crisan is the VP of Engineering at OLX, where Aniela leads the engineering team for the Motors Customer Unit and builds some of the best motors Verticals in the European Markets. Prior to OLX, Aniela held various titles such as Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, and Software Engineer at different companies. Aniela is also a Champion for Women in Tech at Women in Tech Cluj. Aniela holds degrees in Computer Science, Management of Business Development, Applied Modern Languages, Information Systems, and Information Technology for Organizations.
