Leszek Iwan

Leszek Iwan is an experienced engineering operation specialist currently at OLX since December 2023. Previously, Leszek held the position of Business Process Specialist at BlackSwan Technologies from April 2020 to October 2023, and worked as an Associate at Goldman Sachs from January 2018 to March 2020, focusing on developing target operating models and minimizing overtime and risk incidents. Prior experience includes serving as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Oil & Gas, where Leszek led process improvement projects, conducted statistical analyses, and facilitated training sessions. Earlier roles include Lead Designer at the Institute of Aviation, with responsibilities in numerical calculations and structural analysis for gas turbine systems. Leszek holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, obtained between 2002 and 2010.
