Marcin Kowalczyk

Marcin Kowalczyk is currently the Head of Goods Poland (interim) at OLX and a contributor at Ścieżki, an open co-learning community for managers. They previously served as a Business Development Manager at OLX.pl / Goods, where they successfully led business expansions and product developments. Marcin has also held positions at Allegro.pl, where they transformed the C2C segment in the Fashion market and co-created various successful initiatives. They co-own a honey manufacturing and distribution business and hold a master's degree in International Relations from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
