Monica Dudau

Monica Dudau serves as the Head of Marketing Real Estate Europe at OLX, overseeing marketing communications for real estate businesses across Romania, Poland, Portugal, and Ukraine since September 2016. With a strong foundation in marketing management, Monica has held various roles within OLX, including Senior Marketing Manager and Brand Manager, where responsibilities included team building, strategy development, budget management, and cross-departmental collaboration. Prior experience includes social media coordination at Ogilvy & Mather and project management roles at Blue Idea. Monica has received over 40 awards, including recognition at prestigious competitions such as the Euro Effies and the EMEA Sabre Awards, and has contributed to industry standards as a member of the Effie organizing committee. Educational qualifications include a Master of Advertising Studies from SNSPA and a degree in Journalism and Communication Studies from the University of Bucharest.
