Ritu Mallick

Ritu Mallick serves as a Senior Policy Manager - Global at OLX Group since March 2020, focusing on global public policy and leading trust and safety policies. Previously, Ritu held roles such as Policy Manager for Product Operations and Trust and Safety at OLX Group, where Ritu established the trust and safety policy function. Prior experience includes Group Corporate Affairs Manager at Prosus Group, providing strategic advice on tech policy developments and assisting with government affairs strategies. Ritu has also worked as a Policy Consultant at the GIGA German Institute of Global and Area Studies and an intern at ERCAS, engaging in policy research on anti-corruption issues. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy and a BA in Political Science from Jadavpur University.
