Corey Plummer

Corey Plummer is an experienced leader in the gaming and hospitality industries, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Olympic Entertainment Group since May 2018, overseeing multi-national operations and strategic partnerships. Plummer also holds the position of Member of the Supervisory Board for Olympic Entertainment Group, following a role in advising Novalpina Capital on its acquisition. As an Operating Partner at Advent International, Plummer works on investment transactions globally and has contributed to the investment in Enjoy S.
