Alexandre Dionne, ing., P.Eng. has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Vice-President of Fresh Pork Operations at Olymel since 2011, where responsibilities include managing a network of four large food processing plants with over 3,000 employees. Previous roles at Olymel include Director of Operations, overseeing a world-class food plant with more than 1,000 staff, as well as positions in production, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Prior to Olymel, Alexandre worked at Stryker as a Production Coordinator. Education includes a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering from Université Laval.
