Harshil Patel

Harshil Patel is a motivated professional with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor’s degree from Gujarat Technological University. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Olymel, Harshil focuses on enhancing productivity, eliminating waste, and fostering a CI culture. They have successfully led process improvement initiatives that have resulted in significant gains in efficiency and productivity. Previously, Harshil held roles as a Mechanical Engineer and Lean Project Leader, where they developed training programs and spearheaded lean activities to drive cost savings. Harshil is also a certified ASQ green belt, skilled in various methodologies and tools for continuous improvement and project documentation.
