Isabelle Couturier, M.Sc., is an organizational development, change management, and training advisor with a strong background in implementing transformative projects. Currently, they serve as a senior change management consultant at Olymel, focusing on ERP implementation and organizational transformation. Previously, they worked at the Institut Cardiologie de Montréal, managing change related to digital transformations and enhancing equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Isabelle has also coordinated activities for Pôle sports HEC Montréal, where they developed mentorship programs and conducted research on female leadership in sports organizations. Isabelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Université de Montréal and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from HEC Montréal, and is currently pursuing a certificate in Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at The University of British Columbia.
