Martin Bédard

Martin Bédard began their career at Olymel Magog in 2000 as a Health and Safety Advisor. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at Cascades as a Health and Safety Coordinator, focusing on prevention management. In 2007, Martin returned to Olymel as the Corporate Director of Prevention, Health, and Safety, a position they continue to hold. Martin is motivated by strategic planning, program implementation, change management, and fostering relationships with internal clients across all management levels. They are not seeking employment but remain open to discussions and information sharing in the field of health and safety.
