Michel Maher has extensive experience in the food production industry, having worked at Olymel since February 2000 in various roles, including Senior Coordinator of Production Activities, Plant Director for both poultry slaughterhouses and processing plants, Production Chief, Production Foreman, and Quality Assurance Technician, starting as a Laborer. Prior to Olymel, Michel was a Research Assistant at the Université du Québec à Montréal from September 1997 to December 1999. Michel holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from Université Laval.
