As a mechanical engineer and executive MBA graduate, Olivier has built a career in top organizations, taking on increasingly responsible positions in engineering, maintenance, reliability, and operations management. Olivier has managed teams of up to 90 employees, overseen substantial investment and operating budgets, and led organizational transformation projects to enhance productivity, safety, and quality. Recognized for a mobilizing leadership style, Olivier emphasizes innovation, rigor, and collaboration to foster high-performing and sustainable work environments while promoting talent development and operational excellence.
