Sylvain Deschamps

Sylvain Deschamps is currently the Directeur principal Optimisation et amélioration continue at Olymel, where they focus on optimizing processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the corporation. Previously, Sylvain served as the Directeur assurance qualité for the company's nine processed products factories and held various leadership roles, including Directeur Amélioration continue and Directeur optimisation des opérations. They also have experience as the Directeur Qualité et R&D at Expresco and spent over a decade at Kraft Foods in various managerial capacities. Sylvain earned a B.Sc.A in Sciences et technologies des aliments from Université Laval between 1986 and 1990.
