Michael Horak

Michael Horak is a software developer with extensive experience in software design, development, and optimization. Currently employed at Olympe.io since May 2016, Michael has previously completed significant projects including a Master's thesis at ABB focused on material analysis software using Python and PyQT. During an internship at Laboratoire d'Informatique de Grenoble, Michael developed an application for monitoring electricity consumption with Java and JavaScript. Additionally, a SharePoint development internship at Kvados, a.s. involved creating a web application for Excel file imports in MS SharePoint 2013, enhancing data processing efficiency. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from Université Joseph Fourier, and Bachelor’s degrees in Information and Communication Technology and Information Technology from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava and Tampere University of Technology, respectively.
