Steven Gudde

Steven Gudde is an experienced professional currently serving as the Directeur Impact en Arbeidsmarkt at Olympia since 2013, where responsibilities include leading transitions towards meaningful work and interpreting developments in the Dutch labor market. Previously, Steven held various senior management roles at Randstad, focusing on business development, innovation, and sales solutions. In addition to a strong background in HR and marketing, Steven contributes as a member of advisory boards for multiple organizations, including evofenedex and LinkedIn, and serves as a lecturer at Hogeschool van Amsterdam. Steven holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has completed management studies at Nyenrode Business University.
