The Human Resources team at Olympia is responsible for recruiting and onboarding new talent, managing employee relations, handling payroll and billing, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They support the professional development of staff and foster a positive workplace culture. This team also collaborates closely with clients and internal departments to meet staffing needs and optimize human capital across all 130 locations.
